RESUMEN

El objetivo de este estudio teórico es presentar un análisis de la realización de lo peritajes Psicológicos Forenses en el campo de los delitos de lesa humanidad. Se señalan los diversos componentes del sufrimiento humano desde una perspectiva ética, que reconoce como fundamental el daño producido y la pérdida significativa de las  condiciones de existencia y de la dignidad humana de las víctimas. Se hace una revisión del Protocolo de Estambul como instrumento base del análisis y de la Sentencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en el caso de Mapiripan vs. Colombia.

Title: FORENSIC PERITAJE IN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

ABSTRACT
The objective of this theoretical study is to present an analysis of the realization of the Forensic Psychological expert report in the field of hurt humanity's crimes. The diverse components of the human suffering are pointed out from an ethical perspective that recognizes as fundamental the produced damage and the significant loss of the existence conditions and of the human dignity of the victims. A revision of the Protocol of Istanbul is made like instrument bases of the analysis and of the Sentence of the Interamerican Court of Human rights in the case of Mapiripan vs. Colombia.
